You probably don’t think too much about your hair until you notice that it looks damaged, lots of flyaways and split ends. Your hair goes through so much so you need to give it some love and care from time to time. Here are a few tips for keeping and maintaining healthy hair.

Conditioner

Your hair loses its moisture throughout the day so it’s best that everytime you wash your hair you use conditioner to add back the lost moisture.

Deep condition

This only needs to be done at least once a week, so it’s no hassle really. Condition your hair all the way up to the roots, this helps to maintain healthy looking hair from the roots to the ends. If you want to use something natural then use coconut oil all over the hair to give it that soft and shiny look.

Oils

Oils is another great way to add moisture to the hair. After you wash your hair leave your hair to dry out a little bit so that it’s in between damp to dry and this nourishes the hair and make it strong, whilst adding a shine to your hair.

Trim

The best way to achieve healthy hair is to get rid of the split ends. If you are growing out your hair you should still get trims so that the hair doesn’t become even more damaged by the existing split ends you have.
