Do they really look like Falsies?
It’s hard to choose the mascara you want, with so much variety of each brand it can be hard to pick one. Different wands have different purposes, they come in different shapes some for precision usage and some for volume.
In need of a mascara, I went to my local Boots store and looked around for some good mascara. I didn’t research which mascara I wanted so I just looked around. I was drawn to the Maybelline Falsies Push Up Angel Mascara, £7.99 because it looked like Rimmel Day 2 Night Mascara, £7.99 so I thought it might have been a double ended mascara stick but when I opened it up it was completely the opposite of what I thought it would be.
It is not a double ended stick and the mascara wand is curved with the bristles getting longer as you go down the wand.
The Falsies Push Up Angel Mascara delivers a voluminous winged arch for dramatic eye makeup looks.
My thoughts on this product are that the brush is precise and it coats the lashes. It has no clumping what so ever which is great because clumps are never a good look, it also brushes my lashes out when I apply mascara which almost keeps each lash separate. It’s easy to apply and great for my lower lashes because the brush is so thin.
I would say that it definitely buildable. You can see from the images below of what my lashes look like without any mascara and with one and two layers. The more you apply the more your eyelashes look like falsies. As of how easy it is to remove, it’s super easy, it is not waterproof so it may run if you’re in the rain. This is quite a cheap mascara retailing at £7.99 and it does its job!
